Hi, This is Mandy.

I'm Mandy Cheung, a licensed corporate finance advisor with a decade of experience helping founders raise capital, navigate acquisitions, and go public — across Hong Kong, mainland China, the US, and the Middle East.

Across a decade of advising companies at every stage — from early startups to publicly listed firms — I watched the same thing happen: founders spent months trying to figure out fundraising or IPO readiness on their own — reading blogs, hiring expensive lawyers, asking other founders. Most didn't get the right answers, and all of them lost time they should have spent building their business.

The right move is to find an advisor early — but most founders aren't ready for that conversation yet. That's why I built ExitPro: to help founders understand their business the way investors do — so they build commercially viable companies whether or not they raise external capital.
